Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [Registered office address] (“we”, “us”), for the use of Runmind. By creating an account or using Runmind you accept them. If you use Runmind for a business, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

Your account and workspace

• Keep your sign-in details and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• The workspace owner controls who is in the workspace and what they can see. The owner is responsible for having the right to add each person and their details, including phone numbers used for Telegram or WhatsApp messages.
• Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Your content

You own what you put into Runmind. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the apps and AI providers your setup uses. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Connected apps

• When you connect an app, you authorise Runmind to act in that app on your behalf, within the access you grant. We store the key or token you give us, encrypted, and never your password.
• Your use of each app stays under that app's own terms. We are not responsible for those apps, their outages, or changes to them.
• You can disconnect an app at any time in Settings, and you can also revoke access from the app itself.

AI features and agents

The assistant, AI stages and AI agents produce suggestions and drafts that can be wrong. You decide what they may do and who reviews their work. Actions that reach outside your company, move money or delete data wait for a person's approval. You are responsible for checking AI output before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Runmind to:

• break the law, or send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive;
• store or share content you have no right to, or that is harmful or abusive;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of Runmind or the apps it connects to;
• copy, resell or build a competing product from Runmind.

We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where we reasonably can.

Fees

Paid plans, if you choose one, are billed as shown when you buy. Prices exclude taxes such as GST unless stated. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable. We will give you notice before changing prices for your plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Runmind running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Ending your use

You can stop using Runmind and delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Before a workspace is deleted for any reason other than misuse, we will give the owner a copy of its data on request.

Disclaimers and liability

Runmind is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City] have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to us first; most problems are easier to fix by talking.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell workspace owners before it takes effect. Using Runmind after that means you accept the new terms.
